the Management Board of Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks (HEPZA); and the Management Board of the High-Tech Park.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The survey was conducted with the following objectives in mind:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor the employment situation, wages, and Tet bonus policies of businesses as directed in Official Letter No. 4039\/UBND-VX of the People&#039;s Committee of the City.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assess the current employment situation and identify future recruitment needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To provide a basis for proposing solutions to stabilize labor relations and support businesses in quickly recovering and maintaining production after the Tet holiday.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Thong_tin_trong_tam_doanh_nghiep_can_khai_bao\"><\/span><b>Key information that businesses need to declare.<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Based on the survey form attached to this Official Letter, businesses are responsible for providing complete and accurate information on the following groups:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business identification information: Company name, tax code, registered address, type of activity, and main business field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tet holiday plan: Start date of the holiday and expected date for resuming production and business activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Labor data: Total number of workers currently employed and the percentage expected to return to work after the Lunar New Year holiday.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Labor market forecast: Post-Tet staffing shortage rate and recruitment needs in Q1 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Production and business performance: assessing trends towards maintaining stability, shrinking, or expanding scale.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a business plans to scale back production, it must clearly state the specific reasons, such as a lack of orders or technological changes, in accordance with the criteria designed in the survey form.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Phuong_thuc_va_thoi_han_gui_Bao_cao\"><\/span><b>Method and deadline for submitting the Report<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure that data compilation is carried out quickly, the Department of Internal Affairs applies an online information collection method. Businesses do not have to submit paper documents but can declare information in one of the following two ways:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access the official Google Form link provided by the Department of Interior: https:\/\/forms.gle\/eF6VgiX13ruEDtUQ6.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scan the QR code included in the document to open the electronic survey form.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The deadline for completing the survey is February 6th, 2026 (Friday).
